Main rule for obtaining the indicated levels under CEF: no more that 5% absence and do all the homework that is been given.

Swedish
Goals level 1
At the end of year one the student must be able to:
- To introduce himself in Swedish
- to communicate with native speakers when eating out, booking a hotel or while buying food.
- numbers form 1-100
- To tell time, know the weight, to tell the names of the family, to know birthdays
At the end of year one the student must know about:
- Allemansictten
- Nobel prize day
- Lucia
- Midsummer
- A little bit about kings and famous authors
Goals level 2
At the end of year 2 the student can
- Discuss and understand some easy topics with his own words – easy vocabulary
- Express his opinions – for and against – easy vocabulary
- Knowledge of
- Political life and order (parliament and elections, ministries government)
- Everyday life in Sweden – culture choc – what is different from other European countries
- Swedish newspapers
- Swedish companies in and outside Sweden
- Internationally known Swedish persons
- Use presens , preteritum and future correctly in grammar
Goals level 3
At the end of year 3 the student can:
- Participate in a Swedish conversation
- Create a CV - and write an application letter in Swedish(very easy words translated from English)
- Write a letter as an invitation
- Bargain in shopping, achieving a “good” deal
- Understand and order – looking into a menu in Swedish at a restaurant
- Answering a phone call and take a message on the phone
- When visiting a doctor in Sweden be able to talk to him(easy language)
